Returns & Refunds


Please shop carefully and ask questions prior to purchasing, as all sales are considered final. 

Vintage garments are sold as-is and are final sale. We check our items over for any discrepancies and provide accurate descriptions of this. We love what we do and only handpick the best vintage clothing we find, so your item will be clean and in very good vintage condition (unless specified in the listing). If you feel we have grossly misrepresented your item(s), please contact us within 3 days of delivery date.

Please let us know if you have an issue with your order, and we will do our very best to make it right!



While all sales are considered final, we will take into consideration exchanges/store credit for items grossly misrepresented. Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis and you must contact us within 48 hours of your order being delivered. 

This means within 2 days of your item being delivered, you must e-mail us to let us know if you have issues with your purchase. Past the 48 hours delivered window, exchanges/store credits are no longer considered. 

 If an agreement is reached for the order to be returned for exchange/store credit, the item must be shipped within 48 hours of our agreement communication. 

 Returns based on wrong fit or color variance will not be considered. 



All shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for lost/stolen/missing parcels you ship back to us. Please insure and get tracking and delivery confirmation for all returns. Buyer also responsible for any other additional fees that may incur outside of Len.T.juela Vintage (PayPal/credit card fees).



Once we receive your return order we will generate a code for you within 1-3 business days to use at checkout on your next order. Store credit codes expire within 3 months of issue.
